Shipping  

• Shipping costs are covered by the customers. All jewellery orders: Necklaces/Bracelets/Earrings that accept the original manufacturer’s packaging , if it works for you and  you do not require Designs by Dori cards to be provided.   We will give you 5% extra free-products gift. Maximum $250.
• All shipping charges will be charged separately. We ship mostly by Loomis or Canpar, whichever will give you the best value and service, usually within 2 weeks. 
• We would be happy to ship by the carrier of the customer’s choice with billing to the customer’s account. Please e-mail us with your requirements for shipping and account number. Design’s by Dori will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when shipping by the carrier of the customer’s choice, and all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be taken up by the customer with the respective carrier.
• Design’s by Dori will not be responsible for orders/shipments sent to the wrong address due to the customer’s error. This must be taken up by the customer with the respective carrier.
• Shipping damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
• Backorders or incorrect merchandise are shipped at our expense.
