Purchase  Terms

• Designs by Dori is a wholesale only company and does not sell retail.
• Minimum opening order is $150.00. 
• Deposits will be required on large orders which are placed offline.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to both online and offline large orders cancelation after 7 days of ordered date. 
• Items can only be ordered by minimum quantities. Most items are sold by a dozen and in assorted colours, unless otherwise specified.
• Availability of products may vary. We reserve the right to substitute with similar products. 
• Backorders under $50.00 are automatically cancelled, please re-order it with other items you may need. For all other backorders, we will inform you before sending. Backorders are shipped at our expense.
